She was predeceased by: her father Lyle Van Note; her husband Richard; her parent Delma Van Note; her siblings, Lee Van Note, Don Van Note, Peggy Evans and Linda Kay Van Note; and her grandson Timothy Hecht.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marjorie Vanderbur and Mary Reynoso; and her children, Gail Sowers, Jill Mitchell (Robert), Annette Osborn and Lee Hecht (Grace). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
