He is survived by: his wife Kim; and his children, Dustin Anderson of Glendale, Megan Anderson of Glendale, Caitlin Anderson Hernandez (Jacob) of Avondale, Travis Anderson of Glendale and Brian Anderson of Prescott. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
