She was predeceased by: her husband Royce Osborn; her parents, TJ Perkins and Emily Perkins; and her siblings, Maxine Manuel, Rosemary Ham and Trent Perkins.

She is survived by: her sisters, Patsy Colwell and Wanda Guidry; and her stepchildren, Angel Ballato, Anthony Osborn and Adam Osborn. She is also survived by ten nieces, one nephew.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association in Edith's memory.
