He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Weeks, Sr. and MaryAnn Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Tori Weeks of Scottsdale, AZ; his children, Erich Weeks (Rachael) of Golden, CO., Sarah VanMalderen (John) of Springfield, OH. and Eddie Weeks, III (Kortney Pifher) of Columbus, OH.; his stepson Taylor Gueth (Jennifer Thomas) of Springfield, OH; and his grandchildren, Landon, Grace VanMalderen and Charlie Weeks. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
