She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Ballou and Mamie Ballou; her husband Ray; her son Larry; and her sister Jan Durinat Bernardi.
She is survived by: her son Theodore J. Knopf (Ted); her daughters-in-law, Candace (Martin J. Knopf) and Sharon Knopf (late Larry); and her grandchildren, Ryan Knopf (Jenn), Kevin Knopf (Chanel), Judith Casiano (Hugh) and Danielle Knopf (Wright). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
After retirement she volunteered for the American Lung Association for several years.
