She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard W. Thomas, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Leonard W. Thomas, Jr. and Karen De Los Reyes; her grandchildren, Tiffany De Los Reyes, Rachel Stone and Alesha Thomas; and her great grandchild Elly Smith.
