He is survived by: his parents, David Koistinen and Jean Koistinen; his children, Landon, McKenna, Chad, Cole and Isaac; his siblings, Krista, Teri, Rebecca (Scott), Bradley, Kyle, Kelly (Vatche), Seth, Sarah (Jonathan), Jonathan (Ashley), Leah and Kara (Tayler); and his close friend Darin Niskanen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary (8555 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255).
