She was predeceased by: her parents, Demetrio G. Hernandez and Celia Hernandez (Ornelas) of Lordsburg, NM.; her son Victor Ray; her daughter-in-law Sharon Thorsby; and her siblings, Consuelo Hernandez, Eloisa Nava, Alicia Rodriguez, Elena Hernandez, Refugio, Demetrio and Sylvester.
She is survived by: her husband Ernesto "Neto" V. Renteria (Neto); her children, Ernesto "Buck" (Rosemarie) of Michigan, Elizabeth and Phoenix; her grandsons, Ernesto "BJ" (Joe) and Michael R. Keller; her great grandchild Victor; and her nephews, Demetrio "Beti" Nava (Linda) and Armando Rodriquez (Lissy).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (416 E 2nd St, Lordsburg, NM 88045).
