Though Ervin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Maurer and Fanny Maurer (Moser); his sisters, Evelyn Maurer and Lorene Roth; his son Sammy; his great grandchild Edwin; and his grandson-in-law Nate Warmath.
He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy Miller; and his sons, Kim Maurer (Ruth) of Mansfield, OH, Tom Maurer (Joy) of Tempe, AZ, Lem Maurer (Marilyn) of Boyden, IA and Jim Maurer (Laura) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and their spouses, and 41 great-grandchildren.
