With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Edward Laatsch Sr. of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on April 26, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Laatsch and Marie Laatsch (Uelmen); his siblings, Lloyd, Merle, Myrna and Marilyn; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Ryan, Jerry Yearling, David Jung, Willard Degnitz, Franklin Held, Lloyd Jung, Vernon Jung Sr., Lyle Binder, Jim Gollnick, Jerry Fahney, Peter Zirtzlaff, Donnie Rosenthal, Barbara Laatsch, Florence Degnitz, Adeline Held, Shirley Jung and Judy Fahney.
He is survived by: his children, Eugene Laatsch, Jr., Jayne Feagles (Bill) and Lisa Boyes (Scott); his grandchildren, Noelle Laatsch (Mark Farmer), Matthew Boyes (Ashley), Chris Feagles (Jaime), Mitchell Adams (Maura), Ben Laatsch (Nicole) and Sam Laatsch (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Dominic Farmer, Peyton Farmer, Aria Boyes, Wyatt Boyes, Iris Adams, Harper Laatsch and Jacob Szymanski; his wife Bette Jung; his siblings, Donald, Leon Laatsch (Chris), Eileen Yearling, Carolyn Landvatter (Wally), Karen Radtke, Shirley Ryan and Ruth Boomer (Ed); and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Jung (Sandy), Dale Jung (Pam), Mary Laatsch, Joyce Doll, Ruth Gollnick, Sharon Zirtzlaff, Pat Jelinek, Carol Fellenz (Russell) and Sandy Rosenthal.
