He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Lewellen and Floyd Lewellen; his former wife Sylvia Ann Sheridan Lewellen; his children, Rene Stover, Virginia Lewellen and Deano Lewellen; and his siblings, Rex and Opal Lee.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Rathbone (Gayle), Steve Rathbone (Beverly) and Doris Jean Hull; and his daughters, Ava Fortin (Eric) and Kimberly Feldhake (Marty). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, with one great-great grandchild on the way and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
