It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Jean Webb of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Bassetti and Gena Bassetti; and her husband Ray. She is survived by: her children, Ray (Karen) of Miami, AZ and Gena (late Thomas) of Phoenix. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
