He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lines Carr Sr. and Mary Ann Hofbauer Carr (Anna Carr Conner). He is survived by: his brother Richard Lines Carr Jr. (Eileen (Evans)); his nephews, Richard and Simon; his niece Rachel; his sister Cynthia Carr Falardeau (Jim); his nephew James Wyatt; his brother Daniel Edward Carr (Jennifer (Maas)); and his nephews, Benjamin and Stephen. He is also survived by friends, former teammates, coworkers.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Georges Episcopal Church (5520 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429).
In lieu of flowers, the Carr family asks that memorial gifts be made in Frank's honor to the Arizona State University Foundation P.O. Box 2260 Tempe, Arizona 85280-2260.
