It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary David Utriainen of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Utriainen and Dorothy Cwick; his sister Susan Kay Dick; and his wife Mary Ann. He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Colucci; his daughter Lisa; his granddaughters, Erica (Steven Turner), Amanda (Jeffery Roegner) and Kristina DiSanto (Brandon Madynski); his nephew Jay Genaw (Kimberly); and his great-nephew Jack.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Franciscan Renewal Center (thecasa.org).
