He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kinslowe Pemberton and Lois Anita Shaw; his brother John Kinslowe Pemberton, Jr. (Jackie); and his stepfather Donald Theobald Berner. He is survived by: his wife Patti; and his children, Haylee, Lee Moore, Thomas, Stephanie Pemberton, Kara and Andrew Buchholz.
