He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert P. Rockey and Sylvia E. Rockey (Downing); and his brother Timothy P. Rockey. He is survived by: his son Chad A. Rockey (Cathie) of Glendale, Arizona; and his siblings, Mary E. Mercer (Terry) of Devils Lake and Dale L. Rockey (Susie) of Montpelier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
