He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kemp and Viola Kemp; and his brother John Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Anne Rane Kemp; his children, Kathy Hawkins (Charles), Richard Kemp (Denise), Melissa Toner (Brian), Lisa Tipton, Brian Kemp (Rita) and Max; and his brother Timothy Kemp. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, as well as his youngest.
