He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Heath; his wife Ruth Heath; and his siblings, Robert, Harold Heath and Vicki Heath.

He is survived by: his father Ralph Heath; his siblings, Ralph Heath (Mary), Karen Jones and Carol Dangio; his children, Ralph Heath (Tiffany), John Heath (Feryn) and Tina Heath (Jake Huff); and his stepchildren, Donnie Steen and Tammy Steen. He is also survived by many grand-children, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the family in care of Ralph Heath.
