He is survived by: his wife Nadine Eklund; his children, Kurt Van Leeuwen (Venetia) of Ivins and Tracey Cragun of Plain City, Utah.; his granddaughter Taylor Adams (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Eli, Rocky and Wells Adams.
