He was predeceased by: his parents, P. John Caputo and Rita Selva Caputo; and his brothers, Steve Caputo and Geoff Caputo. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Whitney Caputo; and his siblings, Pam Glenn, Jill Delaney, Kim Caputo (Carol) and Mark Caputo (Melanie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
