He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold F. "Lefty" Broderick and Lillie S. Broderick; his sister Cheryl Gallego; and his son Joseph Michael Broderick. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Patricia Mathers, Edward Broderick, Timothy Voita (Tina) and Kailey Moody (Scott); his stepchildren, Tamara Starfas and Dusty Turner; and his siblings, Edward, James, Cecilia Walker (Mike), Daniel (Renee) and Elisa Bryant (Brad). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren. and numerous nieces and nephews.
