He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Wesley Lentz and Anna May Alfretta Lentz (Turner); and his nephew Christopher Paul Lentz. He is survived by: his son Haskel Irvin Lentz; his close friend Greg Tuckman; his husband Greg; his brother Owen Lentz (Kathleen) of Buena Vista; and his godson Eric Lentz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
