He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Montoya; his daughter Kim; and his niece Desiree. He is survived by: his father Hilario Montoya; his wife Anna Montoya; his children, Shannon and Sean (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Caitlin Roan, Lexi Roan, Arya Montoya and Ezra Montoya; his siblings, Chris Sanchez (Javier), Rudy, Barb Shaffer (Ray), Ralph (JoAnna), Dodie Gonzalez (Agustin), Lorraine Garcia (Leonard) and Mary Montoya; his parents-in-law, John and Jennie Magana; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey (Eric) and John Jr. (Monica). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
