He is survived by: his sisters, Maxine Knaack and Carol James; his children, Edna Welsheimer (Joel), David Graham and Lou Ann Creach; his grandchildren, Dina Chavez, Dylon Hager (Theresa), Gina Chavez, April Stewart (Jesse), Tina Decker, Robyn Hyde and Angie Pluth; and his great grandchildren, Jaylin Cole (Sean), Chelsey Poniatowski (Carter), Aric Stewart, Ali Hager, Caitlin Chavez, Antonio Chavez, Alex Chavez, Aundrea Chavez, Isaih Chavez, Ashlynn Chavez, Alyssa Vallelonga, Andrew Vallelonga, Joel Beckstead, Addison Cole, Annabelle Chavez, Joshua Silerio and Emmett Poniatowski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
