He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Jerry Peña, Sr. and Dorothy Mulligan Peña; and his sister Margaret Randle. He is survived by: his wife Nellene Gladney Peña; his sons, Jerry René Peña, Sr. (Paula) of Peoria and James Edward Peña (Loretta) of Woodland Hills, California.; his grandchildren, Jerry René Peña, Jr. (Mariah) and Casey Reed Peña (Ashley); and his siblings, Dottie McCarthy (Patrick) and John Peña. He is also survived by three loving nieces and four dear nephews.
