We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2020, at the age of 81, Ila Faye Massingale of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Prescott, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her former husband Douglas E. Massingale; her husband Doug; her son Brian; her daughter-in-law Shelly; her grandchildren, Max, Mackey and Matthew; and her siblings, Wanda Tucker, Susie Stecker and Ron Childers.

The family requests that donations be made to Banner Alzheimer's Institute 3rd floor, 901 E. Willetta St. 1st Floor, Phoenix, AZ 85006.
