She is survived by: her children, Waymon Smythe (Wanda), David Smythe of Glendale, AZ, Paul Bullock, Jr. (Mia) of San Jacinto, California, Windell Smythe (Cathy) of Peekskill, Evelyn Pelham (Harry) of Anthem, Arizona and Linda Winston (Hayes) of Peekskill; and her half-brother Bill Wilson of New York. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and devoted friends.
