He was predeceased by: his friend Janie Lee; his children, Amber Doster and Christie Vonville; his grandchildren, Aaron Vonville, Ashley Vonville, Emma Kate Doster, Anna Doster and Lauren Doster; and his sons-in-law, David Doster and Jimmy Forrester.
