Jack Swartz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Swartz of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Swartz and Ralph Swartz; and his sister Jill Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Swartz (Langlois); his sister Nanci Brandon of Florida; his children, Dana Carney (Martin), Shawn Swartz (Abigail) of Phoenix, Tim Swartz (Kim) of Pearl City, HI and Jay Swartz (Bridget) of Phoenix; and his granddaughters, Molly, Lucy Carney, Leilani Swartz, Jaquelyn, Kasey Swartz and Kaylee Longest. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
