It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Berkowitz of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline Berkowitz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Navy Petty Officer Clifford "Mark"; her brother Robert; and her parents, Chester Tally and Thelma Tally. She is survived by: her husband Aaron; her daughter Lisa (Gary); her stepdaughter Leslie (Jan); her grandchildren, Karl, Sara, Mikael and Brandon; and her nephew Richard. She is also survived by many loving family members including great grandchildren.
An entombment was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery (2300 W Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85009).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arizona Historical Society or Hospice of the Valley.
