He is survived by: his wife Sara Cecil (McWilliams); his children, Tammy Miller (Chris), Teri Cecil-Hamm (Brad), Christopher Cecil (Taylor Morron) and Nicole Cecil; his sisters, Natalie Hassell (Pat) and Deanne Miller; his grandchildren, Chris, Alicia of Amanda, KJ and Kailyn; and his great grandchildren, Orion and Adrian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
