He is survived by: his wife Debra Judd (Bartlett) of Phoenix, AZ; his brother Ronald Clayton Judd (Wilma Joyce) of Lancaster, MO; his children, James Frederick Judd (Diane) of Greentop, MO, Janet Marie Judd Bailey of Louisville, KY and John Jeffrey Judd of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Natalie Ann Dye of Louisville, KY, Janson Edward Bailey (Adrienne) of Louisville, KY, James Kristopher Judd of Holts Summit, MO and Dr. Katherine Ann Judd of Kirksville, MO; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Bailey of Louisville, KY, Joslyn Judd of Holts Summit, MO, Jameson Judd of Holts Summit, MO and Lenora Judd of Holts Summit, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
