He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin McGarvey, Sr. and Mildred Norella McGarvey; his former wife Betty; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Austin; his children, Jeffrey Harris of Orem, Jennifer Bunker and Larry Ellis of Cordes Lakes, AZ; and his brothers, Rick McGarvey of Joliet and Rob McGarvey of Billings, Montana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to one of his favorite charities, St. Mary's Food Bank.
