He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Mary Bell (Thompson); and his siblings, Gladys Popp, Dorothy Mele and William Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Vincent (Rick) of Stuttgart, Steve Speck (Jeri) of Las Vegas, Vicki Hamilton (Tim) of Madison and James Bell of Irwin, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Ryker, Robert Vincent, Rachael, Dallas Speck, Susie Hamilton, Erin and Elizabeth Bell; and his sister Marion Kralovic. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
