With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Randall Vine (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Saginaw, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 78. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a veterans' organization of your choice, in memory of Jim's service and enduring patriotism.
