She is survived by: her children, Laura Kuk, Deanna Kuk, Michael Kuk, Patrick Kuk of Lake Tahoe, CA., Lisa Peterson of Phoenix, AZ, Theresa Kriaris of Phoenix, AZ, Tom Kuk Jr. of Scottsdale, AZ and Julie Kuk of Paradise Valley, AZ.; and her grandsons, Vaughn Akiu of Virginia, Kevin Kuk of Mesa Arizona and Alex Akiu of Chandler Arizona.
