Jason Andrew (Welch) Welch Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Welch (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Visalia, California, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends.

Jay was a beloved husband, son, brother, and coach. He is survived by his loving wife, Reba, and his children, Haven and Chance. Jason was 46 years old.

Jason was a proud husband and father and told anyone within earshot about his loving family. He was also devoted to his church and coaching his sons soccer team. He would tell you that his family and his “kids” at CCVS were the two loves of his life. He loved without reserve and gave of himself without hesitation.

A family funeral service is scheduled to take place at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, on June 2nd, 2023.

In lieu of flowers, the Welch family would appreciate donations in Jason’s honor to the American Heart Association.
