He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Eggleston (Dick); his wife Angie; his siblings, David Moore (Tammy) and Leslie McCormick; and his children, Chelsea Dedona (Nick), Morgan Randall (Avery), Amanda Cooper (Dash), Austin Moore (Mairead) and Tevon Moore. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Scottsdale Bible Church (7601 E Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260).
