It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Louise Jacobs (Phoenix, Arizona), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Louis Jacobs and Genevieve Jacobs (Bibby); her siblings, Jeremy (Margaret Davis), Max (Helen Troy), Dr. Lawrence Jacobs (Pamela Ryan), Lisan Jacobs and Michelle Jacobs Brailow; her nephew William Gresser (Ann O'Connor); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lisan, Luke, Zachary, Phoebe, Genevieve and Benjamin; her stepdaughter Bonnie Patten (George Brencher); and her stepgrandchildren, Quinn, Tait and Reed. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
