She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Gloria Hernandez, Jesus, Tiodula Garcia and Tio Ralph Garcia.
She is survived by: her parents, Cynthia Garcia and Ralph Hernandez; her siblings, Benny Vasquez, Misty Blackburn (Aaron), Chrystal De La O (Omar) and Jess; her siblings' children, Alexiss, Olivia, Aaron, Micah, Sebastian and Samuel; her godsons, Samuel, Sebastian, Micah and Aaron; and her great-niece Aspyn. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
A rosary was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:30 PM at the Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens (4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042). A reception was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic High School (2525 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004).
