With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Frances Barr of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Priscilla Winsberg; her husband Don Barr; and her daughter Karen Glaser (Clark). She is survived by: her grandchild Precious Moments; her children, Dale Kvittem-Barr (Barb), Keith Barr (Doris), Brian Barr (Tang), Leanne Larkins (Ken) and Laurie Johnson (Paul); and her sister Nancy Parra (Ferdie). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Joan's honor to Hospice of the Valley.
