He is survived by: his wife Danielle Crain; his children, Jeremy Fairchild (Crystal), Jennifer Sample (Chris) and Alexis Davis (Pete); his grandchildren, Destinee Fairchild, Jewelian Fairchild, Austin Sample, Kaitlyn Sample, Johnathon Fairchild and Maeson Davis; his siblings, Janell Whittaker, Haley Stout, Todd Mefford, Don Howlett, Paul Howlett and Jim Howlett; and his aunt Caren Taylor.
