He is survived by: his wife Iris Mendell; his stepchildren, Zachary Gould and Alexandra Gould; his sister Martha Candiello; his brother-in-law Peter Gold; and his nieces, Katherine Gold (Jennifer Mucellin) and Emma Gold (Guillermo Campoamor).
