He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Cavalier and Eleanor Cavalier; his brother Ed Cavalier; his sister-in-law Lavon Cavalier; his in-laws, Harry and Nita Mitchell; his cousins, Donald and Rich Zuzero; his grandson Luke Cavalier; his nephew Donald Hageman Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Mitchell and Big Don Hageman.
He is survived by: his son Nicholas "Nick" Cavalier (Stacey); his wife Pam Mitchell; his daughter Cori (Chris); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Alicia, Emma, Rocco, Hanna, Cassidy and Annalise; his nephew Vince Cavalier (Summer); his granddaughter Amelia; his siblings-in-law, Ellen Vanta, Irene Hageman, Maxine Mitchell, Joy Mitchell, Theresa Mitchell, Harry Mitchell and Mike Vanta; and also Maxwell. He is also survived by many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews and great, great nephews and great, great nieces.
His favorite charities were Make a Wish Foundation, Phoenix AZ; and Arizona Outdoor Adventures, in care of Dan Priest who works so hard at making it possible for underprivileged children to get outdoors and learn camping and fishing. Please donate in his name, if you are so inclined.
