He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Miller and Mary Miller (Lepak); and his son John Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Little and Dale Miller; his niece Lori Parks (Gary); his nephew Matt Little; his daughters, Tiffani Cary (Dan), Faith Dymek (Mark), Charity Howarth and Hope Dymek (Joel); his daughter-in-law Judy Miller; and his grandchildren, Taylor Howarth (Katie), Ryanne Dymek, Carson Cary, Cooper Cary and Payton Dymek.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church in remembrance.
