It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Slattery (Phoenix, Arizona), who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Golden, Bob, Joe, Tracey and Karla.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Best Funeral Services West Valley Chapel (9380 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345).
