Mark Elenz wrote a sympathy message

“To Fiacco Family: Sorry about hearing of Joe's passing. We both had many great memories of him through the years since we met him the first time at a family wedding. He was one of the nicest gentlemen you could ever know and a perfect father, husband and true patriotic, citizen and veteran. His memories will live on for generations to come. We were so lucky to know him. What a full life he had. He was truly a person that makes this world a better place! Sincerely, Mark & Clara Elenz”
