He is survived by: his wife Coela; his children, Karl and Karlys; his grandsons, Ethan and Parker; and his brothers, Milo, Louis and Vernon.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hansen Mortuary (8314 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020). The military honors was held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
