He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Conforti; his daughter Sabrina Conforti; his brother Johnny Conforti; and his grandparents, Alex, Madeline Conforti and Jewel Thompson.
He is survived by: his father John Conforti; his daughter Rachel Conforti of Phoenix; his grandchild Siena Conforti of Phoenix; his brother Dave Conforti (Kristen) of Carol Stream, Illinois; his sibling's children, Kaylee David, Gionni Conforti and Dante Conforti; and his daughter Siena. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Joe's family asks that donations be made to establish a scholarship fund for his daughter, Siena or for donations to theater organizations in memory of his daughter, Sabrina.
