He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Olsen and Ruth Olsen; his son Steven; and his grandson Brian. He is survived by: his wife Barbara West; his children, Scott (Melanie), John (Lucretia) and Jennifer (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Nicole Cook, Daniel Olsen, Rebecca DaCosta, Dylan Baldridge, Patricia Olsen, Michael Olsen, Morgan Olsen, Chase Torp and Ian Torp. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
